Our service
Bizeleven is a directory and lead-generation platform. We help customers discover businesses and send enquiries, quote requests, order and booking requests. Contracts for goods or services are made directly between the customer and the business.
Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
Business listings
- Owners must have the right to list the business and keep information accurate and lawful.
- We may edit, verify, reject or remove listings, reviews or products that are misleading, duplicate or inappropriate.
- Paid packages give the features described on the pricing page for the period purchased.
Reviews & content
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake, abusive or paid reviews are not allowed. By posting content you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.
Orders, bookings & quotes
Requests sent through Bizeleven are not confirmed until the business confirms them. Prices, availability, delivery and payment are agreed between you and the business.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the quality of any business's goods or services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
